Every topic covered was very useful. It was easy to follow along. I feel like I learned many practical techniques and can start using the software on my own now. I had very little knowledge and experience with qualitative analysis at the time I attended the Workshop. But by the end of the workshop, I had gained some insight into the meaning of qualitative analysis.

The instructor was great! He provided comprehensive information and thorough analysis training, not just the mechanics of the program. He also went beyond just teaching the software by also incorporating qualitative methodology into the instruction. I really have a much better sense of how to use it much more effectively and how to better organize my data. I also got some ideas about how to teach qualitative research. I think a real strength of his approach is the emphasis on methodological issues pertaining to qualitative research.

In this regard, the training is grounded in the analytic process and that is essential.
